The Role

Own the architecture. Lead from the front.

You'll define and deliver secure, enterprise-scale data platforms across complex, classified environmentsworking directly with senior stakeholders and technical teams.

What you'll do
Lead enterprise data architecture across secure transformation programmes
Design end-to-end data platforms (ingestion → integration → analytics)
Build secure, scalable, resilient architectures for classified systems
Translate operational and mission needs into technical solutions
Lead teams across data, engineering, and delivery
Influence strategy, capability, and technical direction
Tech landscape

AWS | Azure | GCP
Databricks | Snowflake
Data lakes | Warehouses | Distributed systems
DevOps | Infrastructure as Code | Secure deployment
Data governance | Secure access | Analytics layers

What you bring
Active DV clearance (essential)
Proven track record designing enterprise data platforms
Experience in defence, national security, or secure government
Deep expertise in secure cloud and data architecture
Strong stakeholder influence at senior level
Experience leading teams on complex programmes
