Fees will include both advertising costs and a charge on placement.

Referred & Executive Search

A Targeted Search and Selection Approach

When you are looking for that elusive superstar to join your business and elevate your executive team, this could be the search method you will need. Often hidden in industry and not visible through generic recruitment channels, such as job boards and contingency search, this referred and retained search method is an effective way to recruit.

Our transcendent professional network gives us the advantage to liaise directly with this often small pool of candidates to establish commitment and interest. We identify professionals who are not actively looking for a new job and ensure your vacancy gets their attention. This method allows you to reach the talent that conventional hiring techniques cannot reach.

Your total cost could be no greater than the equivalent Datatech fee for recruiting via Contingency Search. The fee is payable in two parts: a retainer fee equal to half the total placement to take on your assignment and a second payment, which is the balance of the placement fee and payable only once Datatech Analytics has filled your vacancy.


Referred Search

There may be situations where you already know specific individuals you want to hire and join your team and therefore you may not need a full Executive Search campaign. Often, it can be delicate or inappropriate for you to approach them directly. In this scenario, we can approach named talent on your behalf and only reveal your identity after they have confirmed their interest in the opportunity. We then progress your hire by sharing their CV with you and charge half our commission fee, as quoted in our standard terms and conditions, if and when the individual starts working with you.
