Location: 100% Remote - Home Base in Europe, Asia and Australia
Salary: €80,000 to €100,000 Dependent on Experience

A global leader in immersive conversational AI technology is in search of a commercially minded Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to transform raw data into valuable insights that will inform strategic decision making across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a scalable reporting solution from the ground up for a rapidly growing start-up specialising in cutting edge AI technology. Working in a high energy, fast paced collaborative environment, you'll deliver Business Intelligence expertise to C-Level and other business functions.

You will be a highly motivated self-starter and exceptional communicator, experienced working with marketing and advertising data for notable start-ups as well as established larger organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
·Work with data engineers to set up the data infrastructure, including data warehouse and data visualisation.
·Own the data roadmap, prioritizing data needs of different technical and non-technical stakeholders, and backlog planning.
·Develop and maintain scalable data management systems, integrating data from various sources using advanced data extraction and transformation techniques.
·Design and create data reports, visualizations, and interactive BI dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
·Lead the interpretation and analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
·Provide training and support to team members on BI tools and best practices.
·Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout all processes.
·Present complex analysis and insights to stakeholders, enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required Technical Skills:
·Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
·Experience of working for a start-up and larger organisations
·5+ years of experience in building end to end BI visualisation solutions with a focus on marketing and advertising data
·Data visualisation experience of tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
·Database Management: SQL for relational databases, NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
·Big Data Technologies: Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka

Essential Soft Skills:
·Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data in an understandable manner.
·Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
·Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and at C-Level.
·Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
·Business acumen with an understanding of company goals and industry trends.
