Marketing Mix Modelling Analyst - London hybrid - Salary negotiable dep on experience up to £60,000 including bonus - J12834
All applicants must have a minimum 1-2 years hand on experience building marketing mix / econometric models. Both agency and in house experience welcome
Working with an incredibly successful marketing effectiveness consultancy, with 50% year on year grown who are looking to recruit a mid-senior level marketing mix modelling analyst.
Having got their house in order from a measurement solution point of view, they are currently in the process of actively scaling the business up through both organic growth within their existing client base and via the acquisition of new clients across abroad range of market sectors.
Duties
• Manage most aspects of an individual MMM project and the desire to step up into a bigger role helping to shape the offering and deliverables across the wider account.
• Relate sometimes highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a way that is engaging and satisfactory to the client.
• Delivering a visually engaging story is an extremely important aspect of this role and training in this area will be ongoing.
• Actively develop more junior members of the team so that they can continue to flourish in a rapidly growing environment
• Hone client relationship management, presentation and project scoping
• Take the lead on MMM projects across a variety of categories and markets, with ongoing support from the director on the wider account and client relationship.
• Manage all day-to-day aspects of the project lifecycle, from data gathering through to debrief, ensuring these are delivered to a high standard.
Skills
• Client relationship and project management experience, albeit training in this area will be ongoing to take skills to the next level
• A background in Marketing Mix Modelling gained in a media agency/similar environment
• From a technical background e.g., in maths or applied economics
• Confident in Excel and PowerPoint. PowerBI and Python experience also ideal
• Excellent presentational skills and the ability to relate highly technical information to a non-technical audience
• Highly motivated, can take the initiative and will work with minimal supervision
• Desire to actively improve the company offering, putting forward ideas for automation and streamlining while ensuring the highest standards of delivery for clients
• Team player with a willingness to develop strong relationships with clients
