You will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, helping them stay ahead of the competition and deliver outstanding value to clients. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will work closely with management and senior leadership teams across all regions. Your work will directly impact trading, commercial strategy, and financial performance. They need someone with strong experience using Python, SQL and Power-BI.
Responsibilities include:
• Analyse large datasets and KPIs to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and prepare comprehensive reports and visualisations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders across regional and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and evaluate commercial initiatives to optimise business performance.
• Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast market trends, customer behaviour, and financial indicators.
• Conduct competitor analysis to assess market dynamics and identify emerging trends.
• Deliver monthly trade reporting, revenue, margin, and profitability analysis.
• Support pricing analysis across different regions.
Skills required:
• Experience in a fast-paced business environment, working alongside commercial teams.
• 5+ years of experience with analytical tools such as Power BI and Azure Data Studio.
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel expertise.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical thinking.
• A proactive, ambitious approach, with the confidence to suggest business improvements.
• Ability to work under pressure and turn challenges into opportunities.
• International business experience (Europe & US) is a plus.
• A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
