Description

The role works within a highly skilled, close-knit team and reports into the Community Director. There are exciting opportunities to travel to events across the UK and overseas, to the locations of our high-profile partner brands, such as Lloyds Banking Group, Deloitte and Asda, to tell the stories of our partnership and the real women it affects.

The Role:
• Creating registration functions for new events
• Liaising with our marketing agency to edit webinar recordings
• Webinar caption checking and highlighting corrections that need to be made
• Responding to queries from members
• Liaising with other departments to enable responses to enquiries outside of general remit
• Attending virtual events (at least once a week), in-person meet-ups and our flagship event in March in London
• Maintaining the CRM
• Working in collaboration with initiatives to support from a Women in Data membership perspective, e.g. approving new Girls in Data volunteers
• Content gathering/research for website and newsletter
• Monitoring registration processes for all events; making suggestions for improvement

Skills:
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Problem solving skills.
• Willing and able to learn about new systems, requirements and procedures.
