Analytics Team Leader

Analytics Team Leader, Heathrow - 3 days per week in the office
Permanent, Salary £70,000 - £74,000 DoE +benefits

We are working on an exciting opportunity for an Analytics Team Leader to join a leading organisation based at Heathrow.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced analytics professional who enjoys combining hands-on data analysis with team leadership, stakeholder management and operational performance.

We're specifically looking for candidates with experience in an operational environment such as:
• Airport baggage / baggage operations
• Logistics or supply chain
• Manufacturing or other complex operational environments

You'll also need experience with:
• Performance metrics and KPI analysis
• Productivity analysis and reporting
• Outsourced contract/service delivery
• Leading and developing an analytics team
• Working with senior stakeholders and customers
• SQL, with experience of Python or R and ETL/data pipelines
• Data visualisation and turning data into actionable insight

You'll be working closely with analysts, engineers, operational teams and stakeholders to understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver insights that support business and customer objectives.
