Joining a relatively new but established team, you will help to strengthen the ability to support both clients and internal projects.

Duties
• Reporting and tools explicitly made for internal use with no commercial purpose. This section is dominated by business intelligence reporting but also includes other elements, such as internal surveys.
• Skills
• Working on-project client work that involves building end-to-end tools and ready-to-use reporting.
• Work on larger projects which have a long term commercial purpose that will feed into multiple client project outputs. Taking the form of tools that do repeatable tasks or even as proprietary data set intended for client work long term.
• Building user friendly tools that query third party API's to understand client competitor market share

Experience
• Degree in a quantitative subject
• Exceptional quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency and working experience in Python and Excel
• Familiarity with writing readable, maintainable code. Strong data quality habits including: validation checks; deduping; handling imperfect data.
• Curiosity-driven with a willingness to learn
• Self-starter mindset and can-do attitude
• Comfortable communicating and engaging internal and external stakeholders
• Collegial and collaborative working style
