The Role
Own and grow enterprise customer relationships while helping build a best-in-class Customer Success function.
You'll sit at the centre of customers, product, and engineeringdriving adoption, value, and long-term growth.
What you'll do
Lead strategic enterprise SaaS relationships
Drive platform adoption & value realisation
Partner with product & engineering to shape customer outcomes
Build and scale Customer Success frameworks
Bring structure to a fast-moving, high-growth environment
What they're looking for
Enterprise Customer Success experience (SaaS, AI, or data platforms)
Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset
Comfortable in ambiguityable to create structure where it doesn't exist
Experience scaling Customer Success = big plus
