In this senior role, you'll lead high-impact pricing projects that enhance customer value, optimise risk, and drive sustainable profitability. You'll influence pricing strategy, mentor Analysts, and ensure their decisions balance competitive performance with delivering fair outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-value pricing and optimisation initiatives
• Analyse customer responses to price changes using advanced modelling and scenario analysis
• Drive improvements in customer lifetime value and retention outcomes
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to inform strategic decisions
• Ensure fair value is central to all pricing activity, particularly for existing customers
• Oversee data quality, process documentation and trading performance improvements
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing across teams and senior leadership

Requirements:
• Significant experience in insurance pricing, ideally in a senior or leadership role
• Strong numerical expertise (degree or equivalent proficiency in a quantitative discipline)
• Expertise in predictive modelling for risk and/or demand
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and take initiative
• Experience leading or coordinating small project teams
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Python, SQL, R, SAS (desirable)
• Understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical methods relevant to insurance
