Marketing Sciences Analyst Salary Negotiable DOE£40K - £50K - Central London hybrid - J12918

A marketing effectiveness consultancy geared toward the measurement of every element of the marketing mix: from in-store and field sales activity to the more traditional measurement areas of ATL and Digital marketing activity. Founded in late 2014, their story has been one of rapid growth with the latest year already looking set to deliver double the turnover of the previous and a strong international client base.

This role is ideal for a candidate who has previous experience working within a marketing sciences environment or a media agency.

Role & Responsibilities
• This role will be very much a hands on' role covering every aspect of the client brief: from helping to design the initial response, through to building the models and relaying the insight they provide back to the client.
• This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor' of a rapidly growing business, and help the shape of that business for years to come.
• This is therefore an excellent opportunity to challenge the status quo and develop something truly new and innovative in a marketplace that has not been fully exposed to the benefit of econometrics previously.
• The anticipation is that the successful candidate for this role will grow and develop with the business, eventually going on to help lead the business as it matures.
• Seeking an individual who has a strong desire to try something new and challenge the status quo.
• Desire to either adapt existing modelling techniques to a new challenge, or come up with a new framework to help answer our clients' varied questions.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with both clients and team members alike.

Experience & Skills Required
• Experience of marketing mix modelling ideally in Eviews
• Good presentation skills and the ability to relate highly technical information to a non-technical audience
• Highly motivated, can take the initiative and will work with minimal supervision
• Desire to grow as the company grows
• Entrepreneurial flair and an eye for the development of new products/services/processes
• Team player with a willingness to develop strong relationships with clients
