Insight Analyst (Marketing) - London - Up To £55,000 - J11934

UK's leading property consultancy has an exciting new role for an Insight Analyst. Supported by the wider Data team you will carry out analysis and reporting relating to Marketing activity across the businesses. This will combine both the digital and direct channels linking to clients and customer journeys. You will streamline reporting and analytical methods as well as looking at new ways to analyse, model and visualise data. You will work with different sectors of the business. The role will require someone who has an analytical background and can demonstrate how to consolidate multiple data sets and present them in a compelling manner. A marketing background is advantageous but not essential. An ideal candidate will have experience with using software such as BigQuery, Alteryx, SQL, R, Python, PowerBI and/or Tableau. You will have the tenacity to see through complex problems as well as the vision and spontaneity to contribute new ideas that gain traction within Marketing and wider stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• To work with Marketing to extend the team's data modelling and reporting capabilities
• To provide the Marketing teams with areas to target marketing and to track and measure marketing campaigns to show return of investment
• To fully understand the customer, customer journey and the market to identify which campaigns should be used in which markets
• To use in-depth knowledge of analytical methods to problem solve
• To be able to work with a degree of independence on bespoke projects
• To be able to disseminate findings within the team and to wider parties
• To work with other members of the data team on wider projects
• To be able to identify and pursue topics of interest to the Real Estate Industry
• To work closely with the BI team in designing dashboards and productionising data flows
• To be able to analyse complex datasets and cleanse data
• To be able to advise other parties on best practice regarding data analysis

Experience
• University degree (1st or 2:1) or equivalent
• Experience of Customer Journey Analysis
• Experience of combining digital with other data sets
• Web Analytics
• A|B Testing
• Customer profiling and segmentation
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Strong and demonstrable capability to simplify complex datasets
• Strong and demonstrable capability to build compelling visualisations
• Soft skills such as stakeholder management and ability to translate technical jargon into language understood by all
• SQL, GA360, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, R, Python
