This international service provider is seeking an experienced and intellectually capable individual to fulfil the position of Forecast Analyst. The role demands a considerable level of self-discipline and self-management and would suit a highly motivated professional looking to work in a growing analyst team and expanding business. Longer term, there are opportunities to take responsibility for the modelling of a specific region or a particular industry topic domain.
Role & Responsibilities
·Responsible for the operation and quality of the Intelligence data platform.
·Build and maintain a comprehensive set of forecasting models.
·Produce regular thought-leading research reports.
·Provide data, insights and thought leadership to a global organisation.
·Undertake granular forecasting activities for markets.
·Build assumptions and modelling inputs.
·Produce research outputs
·Ensure all relevant reported data and supporting information is captured.
Experience & Skills Required
·Educated to degree level in science, engineering or mathematics.
·Proven quantitative background with both quantitative and qualitative skills
·Demonstrate vision and insight.
·Collaborate to deliver impactful results.
·Demonstrate Plenty of forecasting experience
·Confident user of Microsoft Excel.
·Additional data analysis tools would be an advantage.
·Quickly identify trends based on information from multiple sources.
