Customer Data Analyst - South East/Hybrid working
Reporting to the Head of Marketing the Customer Data Analyst will be responsible for turning insight into action focused on understanding customer behaviour and driving behaviour led marketing action. Priding themselves on being the voice behind the data the individual will bring insight and recommendations to the executive and leadership team to drive data led business decisions.
This Luxury brand are looking at strengthening their insight capability to manage effective marketing campaigns and the Customer Data Analyst will support this drive through segmentation, reporting, analysis, together with managing data visualisation and dashboarding, ensuring data quality and presenting operationalised data to senior management.
You have a natural inquisitive nature and are comfortable querying large datasets, whilst building, developing and maintaining data models.
You are a proven analyst, who has worked in a fast-paced creative environment with a Statistics or Maths undergraduate. You hold an understanding of CRM data planning and query management, monitoring and reporting. Advanced skills in Microsoft office products ideal as is SQL and knowledge of a cloud based software such as AWS and data visualization tools.
