This Luxury retail brand are ambitious in their global strategy and data will be at the heart and centre of their commercial strategy. Data and analytics will drive insight from customers behaviour to translate into creative digital marketing campaigns.
Managing an agile team this individual will drive and deliver the company's CRM strategy through developing the customer database, whilst utilising the insight to develop the CRM Lifecycle programme. This will involve:-
•Driving the roadmap of personalisation through test, measure and learn methodologies
•Lead, develop and own the customer data strategy roadmap and the supporting techstack (cloud, coding, visualisation)
•Managing the active customer base to drive revenue growth
•Optimising customer segmentation to improve campaign targeting
•Provide commercial analysis including monitoring the evolution of the active base, customer segments, key KPIs, forecasting monthly, quarterly and yearly performance
•Own the delivery and management of base and campaign reporting to effectively improve performance against budget
•Champion CRM across the business to encourage a common approach to customers
Ideal individuals will have strong analytical skills with a good understanding of statistics and analysis techniques along with a commercial mind-set with data driven thinking to deliver value.
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics or Business Management is preferred or a strong relevant experience of managing CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
