Head of Analytics * Berkshire * £Competitive * J11723
A respected financial organisation has an urgent need for a Head of Analytics to build and develop a team from the ground up.
You will be a proactive self-starter with proven senior stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence at all levels throughout the organisation. You will define, build and maintain analytical frameworks and roadmaps so that business objectives can be achieved.
You will be a subject matter expert and tech savvy using tools such as Python or R to build and maintain statistical models. You will understand different ways to determine A/B testing results, various statistical modelling techniques, write complex SQL queries and building meaningful dashboards using Power BI.
This is a hands on role in line with the dynamics of the organisation, however the scope to build and develop an analytics team is very much at the forefront. This is an exciting opportunity to make the role your own and spearhead the analytics functions within a progressive organisation.
If you have the talent to translate business needs into actionable models and products that will empower business functions and teams as well as manage and promote continual improvement, this could be the role for you!
